The Directors
Marcie Ferros, MSc Dip COT HCPC reg
PsyCoach is the private practice of Marcie Ferros, MSc, Dip COT, HCPC reg, a highly experienced consultant occupational therapist. Marcie has over thirty years experience as an occupational therapist, psychological therapist and team leader. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including community mental health, psychotherapy services, forensic psychiatry, acute psychiatry and, for the last 12 years, with TV production companies. Marcie Ferros is registered to practice as Marcia J McLeod-Ferros.
Miguel Ferros, BA First Class Honors in Communications Studies
Following 25 years working in production and as a technologist in film and television, specialising in post-production and, latterly, digital workflows, Miguel now acts as Director of Operations at PsyCoach.

The Team
Amanda Jackson
Psychological Therapist, BABCP Accredited, BACP Approved, NMC
Amanda is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Psychological Therapist. She has over 25 years' experience in mental health and has worked in a variety of mental health settings including acute and community adult mental health, military mental health, adolescent counselling services and psychological services in the private, public and NHS sectors, as well as over 10 years experience supporting TV productions.
Dr Rachael MacLeod
Clinical Psychologist, BSc, MSc, DClinPsy, HCPC registered
Rachael is a clinical psychologist who has worked in a variety of mental health settings including community mental health (adults and older adults), physical health (children and young people), fostering and adoption services, and supporting children with additional needs (autism spectrum condition, learning disabilities, and other neurodiversity) and their families.
Stephanie Ambrosius
Psychological Therapist, M.A. MBACP, Relate Dipl.
Stephanie has worked as a therapist for private relationship counselling services such as Relate and London Couples Clinic. She has worked in medical settings such as the NHS and for charities such as Place2be and the Shaw Trust. As a psychological therapist for PsyCoach, she has supported participants during filming and in aftercare and conducts fitness for inclusion assessments. She also undertakes on-screen therapy work.
